Orders placed after 12:00 PM CT begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Times

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–10 business days in transit after processing.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Remote areas, severe weather, or carrier delays may extend delivery windows.
Tracking

A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number is sent once your order leaves our facility.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.

Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Address & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren’t responsible for deliveries delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is marked “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local post office. If still unresolved, contact us within 5 business days of the delivery scan.
Order Changes & Cancellations

We start processing quickly. If you need to update or cancel your order, contact us ASAP. We can’t guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfillment.
Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging/products so we can help.
Pre-Orders & Backorders (if applicable)

Orders containing pre-order/backorder items ship when all items are in stock unless split shipping is selected (additional fees may apply).
