Shipping Policy

Processing Times

  • Order processing: 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM CT begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Times

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–10 business days in transit after processing.

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

  • Remote areas, severe weather, or carrier delays may extend delivery windows.

Tracking

  • A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number is sent once your order leaves our facility.

  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.

Shipping Rates

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

  • Any free-shipping promotions (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.

Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren’t responsible for deliveries delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a package is marked “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local post office. If still unresolved, contact us within 5 business days of the delivery scan.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • We start processing quickly. If you need to update or cancel your order, contact us ASAP. We can’t guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfillment.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging/products so we can help.

Pre-Orders & Backorders (if applicable)

  • Orders containing pre-order/backorder items ship when all items are in stock unless split shipping is selected (additional fees may apply).

International Shipping (if enabled)

  • International transit times vary and may exceed the estimates above.

  • Duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility and are collected by local authorities.
